Shop Downtown Louisville for the Holidays

The Bella Frida December Art Walk will feature Fort Collins artist Peggy Short of Wabi-Ware. She will have her full line of handmade greeting cards, including Guadalupe and Frida and her many fun gift items including blessings, milagros and paper altars. All About Mommies: Bellies, Backs & Bladders

This is a fun and interactive course taught by women’s health specialists Kim Raschke, PT, DPT, CLT and Hollie Neujahr PT, DPT, CLT-LANA, teaching mom all about the normal and “not-so-normal” changes that can occur during and after pregnancy. This course will educate mom all about healthy bellies, backs and bladders and what to do if some changes seem not so normal throughout their journey of motherhood such as pain, weakness, and postural dysfunctions.

Learn how to recognize birds of prey, or raptors—hawks, eagles, falcons, and owls—in the winter skies above Boulder County. During this slide presentation, you’ll observe and learn how to distinguish between different raptors by identifying common field marks. You will also learn about the habitat requirements, behavior, and ecology of these magnificent birds. All ages are welcome.

They describe themselves as “an eclectic collection of the cool and strange.” But not only will you find used and rare books, LPs, (we’re talking vinyl,) vintage stereo equipment and mid-century smalls (whatever that is), but old typewriters, cameras and the neatest, coolest assortment of somebody’s basement somewhere. Check them out on Facebook as they don’t yet have a website. Better yet, pay them a visit.
