This 2-part workshop will explore a more mindful approach to improving flexibility and increasing stability and strength in the hips and hamstrings. This is an all levels class for any individual looking for more freedom of movement and comfort in sports and everyday activities. Class will include standing postures, dynamic movement, and simple on-the-mat stretches. Along the way, time will be spent discussing techniques for safely improving flexibility and strength with your yoga practice. Attendance of both classes is encouraged, but not required.
